Cancellation Policy

Booking Token Amount: ₹1,500
The ₹1,500 token amount is used to hold/confirm the reservation. The refund percentages below apply to this token amount.

Cancellation & Refund

15 Days or More Before Arrival 100% refund of the ₹1,500 token amount.
Refund: ₹1,500

7 to 14 Days Before Arrival 70% refund of the ₹1,500 token amount.
Refund: ₹1,050

3 to 6 Days Before Arrival The ₹1,500 token amount is non-refundable.

0 to 2 Days Before Arrival The ₹1,500 token amount is non-refundable.

Cancellation on Arrival Date No refund of the token amount.

Bookings Made Less Than 7 Days Before Arrival The ₹1,500 token amount is non-refundable after the reservation is confirmed.

How to Cancel

Cancellation requests should be sent by WhatsApp or phone to +91 81261 95133. The date and time when the cancellation request is received will be used to determine the applicable cancellation period.

Advance Booking

Whether you book one week in advance or one month in advance, a ₹1,500 token amount may be required to hold your reservation. The refund applicable to this token amount will depend on the cancellation period above.

Monthly & Long Stays

For monthly or longer stays, a separate payment schedule, minimum-stay requirement or cancellation arrangement may be agreed with the guest at the time of booking. Any special arrangement confirmed in writing for such a reservation will apply to that booking.

Date Changes

Date-change requests may be considered subject to availability. Changing dates does not automatically cancel the original cancellation conditions.

Refund Processing

Where a refund is due, it will be processed through the agreed payment method. The time taken for the refund to reach the guest may depend on the bank or payment provider.

Please Note:
Because accommodation is reserved specifically for your dates, late cancellations can make it difficult to rebook the room. We therefore recommend informing us as early as possible.
